The COVID-19 pandemic taught us that it is possible to educate our children through alternative means outside of the standard in-school classroom. Needless to say, the logistics of spreading this throughout the United States and across other countries has been a bit challenging. But, we finally figured out the answer.

This unique design of this program allows students a safer, more vibrant and exciting way to learn. As well as allowing the teacher to express and share their enjoyment of teaching. With this rare platform, the teacher can actually educate students from all over the world. Not only that, they will be able to set their own earning potential. Mmore states have allocated funds for homeschooling since the COVID-19 pandemic. Below is a link to check to see if your state has these funds available. This is a great marketing tool to help you establish your student base. After approving you into the program, you will gain access to your back office through the Performance Blogging System (PBS) Vortex system. There you will have your own zoom link as well as training on how to set up your own YouTube channel.

On your YouTube channel, you will introduce yourself and share what grades and subjects you will be teaching. And, share your own unique style and technique you will use to teach those subjects. In addition to a good, quality education; we want excitement, uniqueness, and enthusiasm in presenting your subject matter to the student. Remember, your ability to appeal to potential students or parents will determine your pay. The more attraction and appeal you have in presenting your self as a teacher, the greater your earning potential.
We are looking to brand our Teachers and to get them EXPOSURE. In some cases, this will drive STUDENTS to them DIRECTLY; thus, they will be receiving the Compensation. We need teachers for education alternative!

Pay Structure for Our Online Teachers
What is my salary?! Like with any other program or job, you want to know what your pay will be. This program is no different. As an Independent Contractor, you determine your pay, and trust me, your pay is exceptional! To put it in plain words, there is no cap on your earnings. Therefore, you can make as much as your time permits. With each class maxing out at 500 students and your ability to teach multiple grades and subjects, the only thing standing in your way is your ability to draw students to your platforms.
Plus, you will also gain access to other programs that you can market with your PBS Vortex. Not only will you be able to access the teaching platform and promote it to friends, family and advertise yourself; but in the PBS Vortex, you will have access to those inside programs as well. The choice is really up to you. As you will be an independent contractor, your earning potential in this program virtually has no limits.

- When a Student accesses a class, the Teacher’s Wallet will receive a $.50 Credit. Therefore, if the teacher is teaching 100 students in a session, it is $50 for that Session. 500 students would be $250, and so forth. By design, the Maximum number of students we allow in a class is 500. Additional students will need to go to a different Class or Teacher.
- Students, Grade 1 through 8, may attend up to 5 Classes per day.
- Students, Grade 9 through 12, may attend up to 6 Classes per day.
- Your Pay structure will be setup in the PBS Vortex system.
- Upon signup, we will be covering Your zoom classroom fees.
- Training for YouTube will be given as well as instruction on the curriculum material.
- As part of the PBS Vortex, you can also earn more money by promoting the goods and services offered in this program as well. You have the potential to build a huge customer base or even partnerships and teams for not only the United States but around the world.

Application Criteria and Requirements:
We want our online education alternative to be exceptional and different from any other platform available currently. Therefore, we want to make sure that our instructors, teachers and tutors are exceptional as well. We not only want educated teachers in our program, we want loving, compassionate, exciting, and enthusiastic teachers in our program. No couch potatoes or others out just looking to make a quick buck for us!
The way this program is setup, if you don’t attract students to you, you will not make the money you are looking for. Although we will have marketing to get the student base into the program, whether they select you as the teacher or not is strictly up to you. Remember, you get paid per student. Not per class.
Our Online Teachers/Tutors Must Meet the Following Criteria:
- Must have a 4-year teaching degree.
- Must have Teaching Experience. Retired teachers and college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Essential to really love to teach and have something extraordinary to offer your students. Not just looking for a paycheck.
- You will need to join the PBS Vortex as this is the payment platform we are using.
- You will need to create a YouTube channel and a video showcasing your unique qualification, talent and introduce yourself to your potential students and their families. (Training and instruction will be provided).
- Have dedication and commitment to the program.
- A commitment to be above reproach and to set a higher benchmark in education than the traditional school systems are offering.
